  • Add $2.00 per trade paperback.
  • Add $3.00 per hardcover book.
• If you prefer Priority Mail, double the above rates.
• If you want shipping insurance, add $2.40 for up to $50 value, $3.05 for up to $100 value, or $3.75 for up to $200 value.
  • Customer assumes all liability for loss or damage if not insured.
• We are not accepting any international orders.

Accepted Forms of Payment:

• Online: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express through PayPal (http://www.PayPal.com). This service allows you to order online using your credit card. They have the necessary equipment and secure server so that the transaction can be done safely over the Internet. We will send you a PayPal Money request, after we have verified everything is in stock.

• Mail: Money orders, cashiers checks, and currency (though not recommended through the mail) are accepted. Personal checks are OK, but I'll wait two or three weeks for them to clear before sending your book(s). Mail payment to:
